Estate planning can be defined as planning for an orderly transfer of your wealth upon death to your intended beneficiaries. The culmination of the estate planning process is a properly prepared and enforceable will. But with the increasing use of trusts and companies along with the creation of wealth using superannuation or death benefit insurances, many other practical steps must occur alongside the considered preparation of the will. Page Seager’s estate planning lawyers can advise about what steps must occur to ensure your wishes are fulfilled.
And when a loved one dies, efficient administration of their estate is essential. Page Seager Lawyers have a dedicated probate team to assist families through these difficult periods by accepting the pressure of the estate administration on your behalf.
