Kristy completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws at the University of Tasmania in 2007 and commenced with Page Seager in 2008. Kristy also has experience in environmental and planning law.

Nathaniel has worked in the legal services industry since 2001. He has provided commercial advice to corporate clients in many industries and market sectors.

Zoe completed a Bachelor of Laws at Bond University in 2008. In 2009 she completed a 12 month graduate program at a high profile national law firm whilst completing her post graduate diploma of legal practice through the College of Law. In early 2010, Zoe joined Page Seager Lawyers as part of the Corporate and Commercial practice group.

Background

Prior to joining Page Seager Nicholas was the Principal Legal Officer for a Tasmanian government department where he provided advice on a wide variety of legal matters including the operation of statutory authorities, procurement and commercial contracting and leasing, funding agreements, corporate governance and compliance, intellectual property, privacy and statutory interpretation.

Nicholas has also worked for several years in another private Hobart law firm and was formerly the Associate to Mr. Justice Evans of the Supreme Court, Tasmania.

David joined Page Seager in 1998 after completing a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma of Education from the University of Tasmania.

Kathryn completed a Bachelor of Science and Laws (with Honours) at the Australian National University in 2000. She then spent seven years working in the mergers and acquisitions team of a high profile international law firm, followed by a year working for the Australian Government in procurement, tendering and commercial contracting.

Brooke graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2002 with a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours (University of Tasmania) and commenced at Page Seager in 2003. Brooke was made an Associate of the firm in 2006. In 2010 Brooke became a registered Trade Marks Attorney.

Benita holds degrees in science and Antarctic studies and completed a Bachelor of Laws at the Australian National University in February 2007. Benita’s background is primarily in government regulatory matters, including in the environment, natural resource management and energy sectors.

Julian completed a Bachelor of Science and Laws at the University of Tasmania in 2002. After being admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2003 he spent two years working for international law firms in the United Kingdom before relocating to Germany in 2006. Whilst in Germany Julian worked for several law firms and legal agencies. In 2010 Julian completed a Masters in International and European Law at the University of Bremen. Julian has a background in litigation and dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, and intellectual property.

Candice completed a Bachelor of Arts and Laws at the University of Tasmania in 2009. In August 2010 she graduated from the Tasmanian Legal Practice Course and commenced working at Page Seager Lawyers.
