David specialises in providing advice on property and resources issues. He works with property owners and developers, government and state owned corporations, providing strategic advice on infrastructure projects, property acquisitions and disposals, mining, water, agriculture and commercial leasing issues. He also advises on stamp duty, GST and property related tax advice.

David joined Page Seager in 1998 after completing a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma of Education from the University of Tasmania.

Denise joined Page Seager in 1995. As a Conveyancing Clerk, Denise’s main focus areas are residential property conveyancing and mortgages. Denise is an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Tas).

Denise has been working in the legal field since 1979. Before joining Page Seager she worked for another Hobart firm which had a general Conveyancing practice.

Lisa joined the Page Seager conveyancing team in 2007. Her main focus is domestic conveyancing but also has a background in commercial transactions, domestic mortgage work and property settlements for estate, insolvency and matrimonial matters.
Experience
Lisa commenced work at a Hobart law firm in 2001 as a junior law clerk, settlements clerk and deeds clerk. After completing Certificate III in Business Legal Administration she has developed her career as a conveyancing clerk.
In 2007 Lisa successfully completed an examination; a prescribed qualification for conveyancers. Lisa is an associate member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Tasmania Division) Inc.
