Lisa is a paralegal in the Property & Planning Group.

Lisa works with commercial and agricultural lenders providing advice in relation to and the lodgment of their security interests over land, water rights and commercial PPSA property. Lisa also works with various lenders in relation to enforcement of securities and exercising their power of sale.

Lisa regularly assists property owners and developers in commercial transactions and domestic conveyancing property settlements.


Lisa has 15 years’ experience as a paralegal. After completing Certificate III in Business Legal Administration she developed her career in conveyancing, joining Page Seager Lawyers in 2007 focusing on domestic conveyancing, commercial transactions, domestic lending and property settlements for estate, insolvency and matrimonial matters. Since the introduction of the Personal Properties & Securities Act (PPSA) in 2012 Lisa’s focus has also been directed into lending and finance matters particularly involving rural and agricultural security.

Lisa completed an examination in 2007 being the prescribed qualification for obtaining a conveyancing licence. Lisa is an associate member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Tasmania Division) Inc.
