Andrew graduated from the University of Tasmania in 1991 and commenced with Page Seager in 2010.

Prior to him commencing with Page Seager he was a Senior Associate in another Hobart law firm for many years.

Andrew practices predominantly in the area of family law but also has vast experience in general litigation and criminal law.

Andrew has extensive experience as both Solicitor and Counsel before the Supreme Court of Tasmania, the Family Court of Australia, Federal Magistrates Court, Magistrates Court (Civil and Criminal Divisions).

Andrew is currently a member of the Executive Committee and a member of Council of the Law Society of Tasmania. He is also a member of the Disciplinary Tribunal having been appointed under the Legal Profession Act 2007. Andrew is the current chairman of the Parole Board of Tasmania.

He is also a volunteer at the Hobart Community Legal Centre.
