Brett graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2003 and commenced with Page Seager in 2008. Prior to his commencement he worked for another Hobart law firm.

Brett practises in general litigation, with a particular emphasis on workers' compensation, insurance litigation and personal injuries. He has extensive experience acting in proceedings instituted in the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the Magistrates Court (Civil Division). Brett also practises criminal law.

Brett acts for both corporate clients and individuals.
