Brooke graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2002 and commenced at Page Seager in 2003.

Brooke was made an Associate of the firm in 2006.

Brooke practises primarily in the areas of commercial and intellectual property law. She has advised clients on property law, corporate governance and intellectual property issues.

In 2010 Brooke became a registered Trade Marks Attorney and has experience in advising clients on registering, exploiting and protecting trade marks.

Brooke also has experience in environmental and planning law in the areas of local government and environmental planning.
