Craig has extensive experience and expertise in advising clients in the workplace relations field.

He acts across key industries such as hospitality, transport, utilities, local government and state government owned enterprises.

Craig also advises clients facing industrial disputes and negotiates directly with union representatives.

He provides workplace training in areas including anti-discrimination law and updates on legislative developments.

He has considerable experience in the Tasmanian State Service including interpretation of Awards and Code of Conduct investigations.

Craig is a member of the Industrial Relations Committee of the Law Council of Australia, a member of the Law Society of Tasmania Employment and Equal Opportunity Committee and a Committee Member of the Industrial Relations Society of Tasmania, representing the legal profession. He regularly provides seminars to the legal profession on important workplace relations matters.

Craig appears regularly as counsel in Fair Work Australia, the Tasmanian Industrial Commission and the Anti-Discrimination Tribunal.
