David joined Page Seager in 1998.

He specialises in providing property and commercial legal advice. David works with local property owners and developers, corporate and commercial clients, government and state owned corporations, providing strategic advice on infrastructure projects, property acquisitions and disposals, agriculture and commercial leasing issues.

David advises on stamp duty, GST and property related tax advice.

He also advises in relation to corporate governance and commercial law, particularly for statutory corporations.
