Gerry graduated from Trinity College, Dublin in 1997 and practised in Ireland for a number of years in the corporate/structured finance team of a leading Irish corporate firm before moving to Australia in 2002.

Before joining Page Seager in 2009, Gerry spent a number of years practising in the structured finance team of a high profile international law firm, before spending a year as a corporate lawyer with National Australia Bank and a number of years as a corporate lawyer with Hydro Tasmania.

Gerry has strong experience in corporate finance, including acquisition finance, project finance and secured lending. He also has considerable experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate structures and restructures.
