Conveyancing Clerk
Helen was educated at St Michael’s Collegiate School. In 1972 she commenced work as a junior secretary with a large law firm in Hobart. After two years she became the secretary to the senior partner and began to take on responsibility for his conveyancing work.
After 27 years with the same firm, Helen began working at Page Seager in October 1999.
Helen specialises in the commercial, residential and subdivisional conveyancing fields. She is an associate member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Tasmanian Division) Inc and the holder of Conveyancer Licence no. CON090015 (non-practising) under the Conveyancing Act (Tas) 2004. Helen is experienced in dealing with estate agents, banks and other lending institutions.
Helen is a porcelain artist and has recently retired from taking porcelain painting classes on a regular basis but hopes to return to this rewarding occupation in the future. Helen’s other interests include Tai Chi, Pilates and all craft associated hobbies.
