Kathryn graduated from the Australian National University in 2000.  She spent seven years practising at a high profile international law firm, before commencing at Page Seager in 2008. She became a partner of the firm in 2010.

Kathryn practises in the commercial group with a focus on commercial contracting, procurement and tendering, advising Government-owned corporations, funding and grants, intellectual property, water law, statutory interpretation, share and asset acquisitions and corporate structures and restructures.

She also has significant experience advising clients in relation to the Corporations Act and in drafting constitutions for companies and incorporated associations.

In her spare time Kathryn enjoys bushwalking, cycling and travelling.
