Luke was admitted to practice in 1995 and practised in Launceston before joining Page Seager in 2000.

Luke practises in civil litigation with a particular emphasis on building dispute resolution, personal injuries and workers' compensation law.

He is a member of the Tasmanian Bar Association and the Australian Insurance Law Association. Luke is the current President of the Law Society of Tasmania.
