Mark graduated from the University of Tasmania in 1998 and commenced at Page Seager in 1999. He became a partner of the firm in 2006.

Mark specialises in commercial litigation and its associated areas including debt recovery and the execution and enforcement of Judgments, bankruptcy and corporate insolvency.

Mark regularly appears for clients in the Federal Court, Federal Magistrates Court, the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the Magistrates Court.
