Experience
David joined Page Seager in 2009 after returning from inter-state where he worked in industrial relations for a peak national employer organisation. Prior to that, David worked for an employer association as an industrial relations consultant, advising employers on a broad range of industrial relations matters.

Craig has extensive experience and expertise in advising clients in workplace relations. Craig has considerable success in achieving negotiated outcomes before matters are determined by litigation particularly in the area of anti-discrimination and delivers training to clients on this area of law. He is a leading practitioner in relation to the Tasmanian State Service employment matters.
Experience
Craig is President of the Industrial Relations Society of Tasmania, a member of the Industrial Relations Committee of the Law Council of Australia and a member of the Law Society of Tasmania Employment and Equal Opportunity Committee. He regularly writes articles and provides seminars to the legal profession on important workplace relations matters.

Amal practices in the workplace relations team. She brings to the team a background in industry and client-focussed consultation and advocacy, strategic business management as well as policy development, and training development/delivery.
Experience
Amal completed a science degree in 1991 and worked in research. She went on to work with government funded organisations and industry. Prior to practicing law Amal had a career in Board administration, project and general management. Amal has also spent time as an Associate to a member of Fair Work Australia.
Amal has represented state interests on a number of national steering committees and reference groups. She is currently a member of LEADR, and a committee member of both the Industrial Relations Society of Tasmania (IRS) and Tasmanian Women Lawyers Inc (TWL).
