We offer top quality work and are the trusted advisor to many publicly listed and private Australian companies, Government Business Enterprises, National and International Insurers and State-owned Corporations.

We invite expressions of interest from experienced Personal Assistants / Legal Secretaries to join our Insurance team.

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Show competence in the efficient use of contemporary office technology and procedures;
  • Have the ability to manage the routine requirements of 4+ practitioners;
  • Have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Have well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • Show the capacity to work effectively under pressure with limited supervision; and
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion appropriate to a legal practice.

Legal experience is desirable but not essential.
