Overview

Cynthia graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2017 with Honours in Bachelor of Laws. Before landing in Tasmania, Cynthia graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil). She has experience in foundations/structural designs and project management.

Cynthia was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2018 and practised in building disputes resolution before joining Page Seager’s Property & Planning group in 2022.

Cynthia’s work now involves a range of matters in property and planning law.

Growing up in cosmopolitan Singapore, Cynthia is fluent in English, Mandarin and two other Chinese dialects.
