Overview

Peter works in Page Seager’s Employment Law and Dispute Resolution group, working with clients to resolve complex legal issues.

Peter’s main focus is on employment and workplace related issues including; conduct and performance issues, workplace and WHS investigations, anti-discrimination, unfair dismissal and general protections.

Prior to joining Page Seager in 2021, Peter gained substantial experience working in employment law in the community legal sector, and can now share his insights with employers to achieve practical outcomes and managing commercial risks.

Experience

Peter has significant experience in advising and representing clients on employment matters including:

  • unfair dismissals;
  • general protections disputes;
  • underpayment disputes;
  • anti-discrimination complaints;
  • WHS issues;
  • long service leave claims;
  • EA and modern award coverage and classification issues;
  • employment contract disputes; and
  • restraints of trade and breach of confidentiality.

Peter also regularly conducts workplace investigations for government and private sector clients.
