Overview

Jessica completed a Bachelor of Arts and Laws in 2018 before completing the Legal Practice Course in 2019 and joining Page Seager in August 2019.

Jessica can assist with:

• preparation and review of mortgage and security documents including guarantees and general security agreements;
• sales and purchases of residential and commercial properties including  preparation of contracts and due diligence enquiries;
• property development including subdivisions, adhesion of titles and boundary adjustments;
• residential and commercial leasing advice; and
• property transfers.
