Examples of her experience include:

• advocating for clients in Section 81A hearings in the Tasmanian Civil & Administrative Tribunal, appearances, conciliation conferences and mediations in the Magistrates Court of Tasmania;
• acting as instructing solicitor and assisting Counsel in Supreme Court proceedings;
• assisting with defending investigations commenced by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) against a number of medical professionals;
• instructing expert witnesses and preparing proofs of evidence for use in the Supreme Court of Tasmania; and
• assisting in defending proceedings issued by WorkSafe Tasmania and coronial inquests.

Amy is part of a team that prepares a regular commentary to the industry in relation to workers compensation. She is a member of the Australian Insurance Law Association (AILA).

Amy has appeared in the Tasmanian Civil & Administrative Tribunal and the Magistrates Court of Tasmania.
