Overview

Nick is Page Seager’s Chief Operating Officer and plays a critical leadership role, overseeing the firm’s operational functions and ensuring efficient and effective management of its business operations. Nick collaborates with the Principals and key stakeholders to implement strategic objectives, streamline processes and improve the firm’s overall performance. He also works closely with the Principals to enhance the client experience and ensure that operational processes and resources align with client needs.

Nick joined Page Seager in 2009 with a strong background in finance, risk management, governance and project management. He leads all major projects that the business undertakes and manages a team of professionals in the areas of finance, human resources, technology and innovation, document management and office support.

Prior to joining Page Seager, Nick was the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Webster Limited, a Tasmanian ASX listed company that operated across two States in a diverse range of industries, including agriculture (land based and aquaculture), heavy vehicles and machinery, and industrial products and services.

Nick is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, having commenced his career in a chartered accounting firm in Hobart that is now a part of the Findex Group.

Nick is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has previously served as Chair and Non-Executive Director of a Tasmanian based not-for-profit in the health sector.
