Esther joined Page Seager as a law graduate in May 2024 after graduating from a Bachelor of Arts and Laws with Honours in Laws from the University of Tasmania in December 2023.
Esther was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Tasmania in August 2024. She is currently practising in our Property & Planning group.
Experience
Esther has experience in the following areas:
- providing advice regarding the planning schemes and the associated legislation;
- assisted in planning appeals in the Tasmanian Civil & Administrative Tribunal (Resource and Planning Stream);
- advising local government entities regarding the enforcement of planning permits, planning schemes and the associated legislation; and
- providing advice to local government entities regarding their statutory powers and obligations in their governing legislation.
