Corporate & Commercial Overview
Giorgio completed a Bachelor of Laws in 2018 at the University of New England (NSW) after a previous lengthy career as a Chartered Accountant. After completing the Legal Practice Course at the Australian National University in 2019, Giorgio worked for other Hobart law firms before joining Page Seager in February 2023.
Experience
Giorgio has experience in the following areas:
- commercial and corporate transactions, including business acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructures, and general commercial advisory matters;
- preparation, negotiation, and review of a wide range of commercial agreements and transaction documents;
- banking and finance matters, including the preparation and review of loan, mortgage, guarantee, and security documentation;
- due diligence investigations, risk assessments, and transactional support for commercial and corporate clients; and
- commercial, retail, and industrial leasing.
