Workers Compensation Overview
Will joined Page Seager in April 2021 as a Law Graduate, assisting the Property group, having graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2020 with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours.
Will was admitted as a Lawyer to the Supreme Court of Tasmania in August 2021 and practises in our Insurance group.
Experience
Will works with national insurers to assist them with claims, primarily in relation to workers compensation matters and complex common law claims. He regularly appears as counsel in the Tasmanian Civil & Administrative Tribunal and has appeared as counsel in the Supreme Court.
Will provides practical and strategic advice to clients so as to achieve cost-effective and expeditious resolutions, with a focus on early resolution and commercial outcomes.
