Emilie joined Page Seager’s Corporate & Commercial group in October 2024. Prior to joining Page Seager, Emilie worked as in-house counsel where she gained experience providing tailored advice to address the individual legal needs of a business. Emilie also worked at another Hobart law firm after her admission to practice in 2020.
Experience
Emilie has experience across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters including:
- business, share and asset acquisitions and disposals;
- intellectual property matters;
- corporate governance;
- franchising and compliance with franchise laws; and
- general contract and commercial advice.
Emilie also has experience in the areas of property and employment law.
