Dispute Resolution Overview
Sebastian joined Page Seager in January 2026. He graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2018 with Honours and was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2019. Prior to joining Page Seager, Sebastian worked as a judge’s associate in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in Adelaide, and at an international law firm in Melbourne specialising in general commercial litigation and complex disputes.
Experience
Sebastian regularly assists in matters involving:
- responding to consumer and regulatory claims brought by the ACCC, ASIC, and other regulators;
- cyber breach litigation and technology-related disputes;
- investigations and Royal Commissions;
- commercial and residential building disputes;
- breach of contract and general commercial disputes; and
- risk management and pre-litigation advice for clients.
