Jessica completed a Bachelor of Arts and Laws in 2018 before completing the Legal Practice Course in 2019 and joining Page Seager in August 2019.
Jessica can assist with:
- preparation and review of mortgage and security documents including guarantees and general security agreements;
- sales and purchases of residential and commercial properties including preparation of contracts and due diligence enquiries;
- property development including subdivisions, adhesion of titles and boundary adjustments;
- residential and commercial leasing advice; and
- property transfers.
