Deidre Tan graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2012 with a combined Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania in August 2013.
Following her admission to practice, Deidre worked for another firm prior to joining Page Seager in August 2023.
Experience
Deidre has experience in the following areas:
- commercial and residential property acquisitions and disposals;
- commercial and residential leasing;
- business acquisitions and disposals;
- loan and security advice including preparation of loan and mortgage documents;
- property developments and subdivisions;
- general contract and commercial advice;
- due diligence, stamp duty and general property advice.
