Prior to joining Page Seager, Eilish practised in personal injury and insurance litigation at a Hobart law firm, representing clients in the Supreme Court and the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. She understands the reputational and financial risks that can arise from litigation and has a strong track record of achieving favourable outcomes through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.
