Late last night, Federal Parliament passed legislation to enact part of the Government’s economic stimulus package in response to COVID-19. In this update, we have examined some of the changes that have been made to the Fair Work Act 2009 that provide employers eligible for the JobKeeper payment with additional options and flexibility to respond to challenges presented by the COVID-19 situation.
