Deborah advises on general corporate advisory, preparation of loan and security documents in financing and re-financing arrangements. Deborah also has experience on advising on commercial property acquisitions and disposals and provides general commercial advice.
Deborah graduated from the University of Papua New Guinea with a Bachelor of Laws in 2012 and was admitted as a lawyer in the National and Supreme Court of Papua New Guinea in 2013.
Following her admission to practice in PNG, Deborah worked in PNG with Ashurst as a commercial lawyer. Deborah also previously worked with Dentons in 2017 as a corporate, commercial and banking and finance lawyer and leaves Dentons as a Senior Associate prior to joining Page Seager in 2023. Deborah is currently working on her admission to practice law in Australia.
