Overview

Joshua joined Page Seager in August 2023 and is currently practising in our Corporate & Commercial group. He graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2020 with a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws, with Honours in Law. Joshua was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Tasmania in January 2023.

Experience

Joshua previously worked for the Tasmanian Government. His key responsibilities included providing specialist advice and support for divisional and whole-of-government procurement processes, for the purchase of various information technology services, software and hardware. Joshua has experience across a range of commercial matters including:

• contractual risk reviews and regulatory compliance;
• drafting and negotiating software licences, clickwrap agreements and end user license agreements (EULAs);
• preparation of procurement documentation including tender documents, supply agreements, consultancy agreements and master services agreements;
• probity and governance; and
• statutory interpretation.
